Announcing a new meeting for Pants Fitting – South Area sponsored by the American Sewing Guild – Denver Chapter
This is an ongoing class which you can join whenever you’re ready, so please feel free to jump in at any point. If you’re interested in learning to draft a pants pattern and get a better fitting pair of pants, we can help! Pants fitting is the hardest thing to do by yourself, but with a helper, you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish.
If this is your first visit, bring a tape measure, long straight edge, and French curve so you can draft your pattern. We’ll have supplies and instructions for you and will work with you to get that going. All measurements are confidential!
Bring your muslin if you’ve already drafted a pattern, and let’s see what we can do to tweak your fit. If you wish, bring your sewing machine – there will be room to set that up and work if you’d like.
We’re meeting again on Saturday, September 20, at 1:00 pm, at Colorado Fabrics.
Wherever you are in the pants construction process, come and join us!
