General Meeting with guest speaker Barbara Crom.
Please all of our ASG friends invite all of your friends to join us on Saturday June 23rd from 9:30am until 4:30pm at Colorado Fabrics, as we learn about Shannon Fabrics making the world a softer place through their line of fabrics. Their Brand ambassador Barbara Crom will be showing us tricks and tips for dealing with these specialty fabrics. Shannon fabrics has a whole line of Cuddle, Luxe Cuddle, Embrace, Cuddle Suede, Terry cloth, Faux Fur, Silky Satins, and cotton metallic prints. We’re making a full day of this! There will be a short meeting first, followed by a trunk show and demo by Barbara Crom featuring the Shannon Fabric line.
The demo class is free and open to everyone.
Lunch is on your own, and there are several places within walking distance.
The afternoon will be hands on requiring a Cuddle Kit purchase. The can be picked up at Colorado Fabrics or your local quilt shop, they run around $40.00. Our afternoon sewing class is free to ASG members and $50.00 for non-members.
